Inspired by Italian limoncello, this Quebec interpretation highlights the tangy freshness of lemon, enhanced by local craftsmanship.
Developed with a focus on repurposing, this limoncello uses lemon peels from the production of our ready-to-drink cocktails. Initially destined for compost, they are carefully recovered and infused to give them a second life.
The result is a balanced aromatic profile, combining intense fresh lemon aromas, controlled sweetness, and a silky texture, all within a circular economy framework.

Second life for lemon peels
At the distillery, nothing goes to waste. The lemons pressed for the juice in our ready-to-drink cocktails have their peels carefully collected and repurposed in the production of our Limoncello. This is a tangible way to reduce waste while fully revealing the natural aroma of the lemon.
