
Jam Sour
Ingredients
- 0.50 oz Limoncello
- 0.25 oz 48 Chemin Price Gin
- 1.50 oz wild blueberry jam from Délices du Lac-Saint-Jean
- 0.25 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 dashes aromatic bitters (Angostura-style)
- One mint leaf
Preparation
- In a shaker filled with ice, add the Limoncello, 48 Chemin Price Gin, wild blueberry jam, lemon juice, and aromatic bitters.
- Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
- Pour the mixture into a small Old Fashioned glass.
- Garnish with a mint leaf.
- Serve and enjoy!
