Guided tours are available by reservation only on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 1:15 PM!

Distillerie du Fjord opens its doors to you, offering guided tours showcasing the company's spirits. These tours will take the form of a discovery journey through the heart of the manufacturing process, the interpretation of boreal forest ingredients, and tasting.
During these activities, participants will have the chance to discover the company's values, the products offered, as well as the family history associated with it.
Distillerie du Fjord is located at 48 Chemin Price in St-David-de-Falardeau. An exceptional site, nestled at the foot of the Monts-Valin, where it will be possible to experience it year-round, by reservation. Additionally, the boutique section is also open, allowing people to purchase products directly on-site, whether promotional items or spirits.

Part One
History and Interpretation of Plants
The visit begins with a look at the distillery's history. We also take time to explore the various plants and botanicals that go into our spirits, explaining their role and characteristics.
part two
Development
The second part of the tour takes place in our production area, where we go through the different stages of our gin-making process, from botanical maceration to distillation.
third part
tasting
The visit ends with a tasting of a selection of our spirits. This step allows visitors to discover their aromatic profiles and delve deeper into the concepts discussed during the visit.
