Produced from the distillation of our locally-made blueberry wine, it reveals an astonishing aromatic profile. Contrary to expectations, it does not have the taste of fresh fruit, but rather subtle notes of dried blueberries, rich and elegant. On the palate, these aromas are reminiscent of the finesse of an Italian grappa, with a beautiful depth and a warm finish.
