Ingredients

• 2 oz, Km12 boreal spiced rum
• 4 oz, ginger beer
• 1 oz, lime juice
• 5 to 7 mint leaves
• 1 teaspoon sugar

Preparation

1. In a highball glass, place the mint leaves and pour in the lime juice.
2. Muddle with a muddler.
3. Add sugar, spiced rum, and ice cubes.
4. Top with ginger beer.
5. Stir with a bar spoon.
6. Garnish with a lime wheel and a mint leaf.
