Ingredients

• 1.75 oz Km12 Gin
• 0.50 oz Monsieur Cocktail peach syrup
• 0.50 oz cranberry juice
• 3 oz Harrington sweet spruce water
• 1 lemon slice (for garnish)

Preparation

1. Add all ingredients except the sparkling water into a tall glass and fill with ice.
2. Stir with a bar spoon until the glass is well chilled.
3. Top with the sparkling water.
4. Garnish with a lemon slice.
5. Serve and enjoy!
