Ingredients

• 2 oz, Km12 gin
  
• 0.25 oz, simple syrup
• 0.25 oz, freshly squeezed lime juice
• 10 haskap berries
• 4 fresh mint leaves
• Sparkling water
  

Preparation

1. In a large glass, pour the KM12 gin, simple syrup and add the mint leaves and haskap berries.
2. Using a muddler, crush the ingredients in the glass.
3. Add ice and sparkling water.
4. Stir gently with a cocktail spoon.
5. Serve!
