Grapefruit Collins

Ingredients

  • 2 oz, Lily Liqueur, Labrador Tea
  • 0.50 oz, freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 0.25 oz, simple syrup
  • 1.50 oz, grapefruit juice
  • 3 drops aromatic bitters (Angostura)
  • Lemon zest

Preparation

  1. In a tall glass filled with ice, pour all ingredients.
  2. Stir with a cocktail spoon.
  3. Garnish with a lemon zest.
  4. Enjoy!
