- 1 oz 48 Chemin Price Gin
- 0.75 oz Strawberry & Rhubarb Syrup – Délices du Lac-Saint-Jean
- 0.50 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 oz sparkling water
- Lemon zest
Preparation
- In a coupe glass filled with ice, pour all ingredients.
- Gently stir using a cocktail spoon.
