The Wild Blueberry

Ingredients

• 0.50 oz, Gin Km12
• 0.25 oz, Blueberry Brandy
• 0.25 oz, Délice du Lac Organic Wild Blueberry Syrup
• 0.50 oz, lemon juice
• 0.25 oz, simple syrup
• 1 dash Amer Kebek Fleurs Bitters
• 2 oz, dry sparkling white wine (Prosecco type)

Preparation

1. Pour all ingredients, except for the sparkling wine, into a shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake vigorously.
3. Double strain into a champagne flute.
4. Add the sparkling wine and stir gently.
5. Serve and enjoy.
