Ingredients
- 2 oz, Blueberry Brandy
- 0.50 oz, Yellow Chartreuse
- 0.75 oz, lemon juice
- 0.50 oz, simple syrup
- 1 dash aromatic bitters (such as Angostura)
- Lemon peel
Preparation
- Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously until well-chilled.
- Double strain into a pre-chilled coupe glass.
- Express the lemon peel over the coupe, then place it on the rim of the glass.
