Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Km12 Gin
  • 0.75 oz Lily Wild Mint Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
  • 0.50 oz orange blossom water
  • Egg white (or vegan foaming agent)

Preparation

  1. Pour all ingredients, except the egg white, into a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds, then remove the ice.
  3. Add the egg white and shake again until a nice foam forms.
  4. Garnish with a lemon zest or lemon slice.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
