Ingredients
- 1.50 oz Km12 Gin
- 0.75 oz Lily Wild Mint Liqueur
- 0.75 oz lemon juice
- 0.50 oz orange blossom water
- Egg white (or vegan foaming agent)
Preparation
- Pour all ingredients, except the egg white, into a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 10 seconds, then remove the ice.
- Add the egg white and shake again until a nice foam forms.
- Garnish with a lemon zest or lemon slice.
- Serve and enjoy!
