THE KM12 IS A GIN INSPIRED BY THE WEALTH OF THE QUÉBEC BOREAL FOREST.
Km12 is a classic gin inspired by the richness of the Quebec boreal forest. To discover this product is like taking a walk in the forest on a spring morning. Aromas of freshness take place in your mouth with subtle slightly fruity taste notes, followed by a conifer explosion on your palate.
Ingredients: Balsam fir bud, peppery green alder, pine forest spikenard, wild raspberry leaves and sweet gale are hand picked in the distillery’s own environment. To this tasty blend is added an organic juniper berry that offers the Km12 gin a lovely complexity.
Rewarded internationally, this gin offers an enjoyable experience, mere or on the rocks, with your favourite tonic or in all your different creative cocktails.

Balsam fir sprout
Picked by hand in early summer, the bright green young balsam spruce gives off slightly lemony and fruity aromas reminiscent of the freshness of a walk in the Nordic forest.
Myrica gale
The myrica gale grows along rivers and trout lakes, its seeds give off aromas of nutmeg and laurel. This small shrub is very aromatic and is a typical plant of the boreal forest.
Juniper berry
Juniper berry is the essential ingredient in making gin. We use an organic juniper berry, very fruity and slightly woody. (Juniperus Communis)
Nards of the pinewoods
This unique plant has aromatic properties reminiscent of cardamom, clove and cinnamon. The swirling comptonie or nard of the pine groves grows in the same conditions as the blueberry fields and brings to the Km12 spicy aromas.
Pepper dunes
The pepper dunes is the bud of the alder twitch, this shrub grows on sandy soils. It shares with gin km12 light notes of rose water and aromas of sweet pepper.
Wild raspberry leaf
During the infusion, the raspberry leaves release citrus notes. The leaves replace the zest of lemon and gives Km12 a refreshing and fruity taste.
