Classics

Gin&Tonic

  • 1 ½ oz. Gin, Km12
  • 3 oz. Tonic Water
  • Lime or cucumber
  1. Add the gin to a highball glass filled with ice.
  2. Add the tonic water.
  3. Garnish with a lime wedge or cucumber slices.

Collins

  • 1 ½ oz. Gin, Km12
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • A drizzle of simple syrup
  • 3 oz. sparkling water
  1. Add all the ingredients to a highball glass filled with ice.
  2. Stir with a bar spoon.
  3. Garnish with a half slice of lemon.

Nordic Cosmo

  • 1 oz. Gin, Km12
  • 1/3 oz. maple syrup
  • ½ oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 3 oz. cranberry cocktail juice
  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, mix all the ingredients.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Pour content using filter in a highball glass filled with ice.
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge and a few frozen cranberries.

Lily Sour

  • 1 1/2 oz of Lily Liqueur
  • 1/2 pressed lemon
  • White egg
  1. In a shaker, mix all the ingredients with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously until a foam is obtained.
  3. Filter over a glass with a rim of sugar.

Gin & Wild Raspberry

  • Homemade raspberry coulis
  • 1 oz og Gin, Km12
  • Juice of half a freshly squeezed lime
  • Egg white
  1. In a Shaker, mix all the ingredients with ice.
  2. Filter the mixture over the glass filed with new ice.
  3. Garnish with fresh raspberries.

Delight of the lake

  • 1 oz of gin Km12
  • 2 oz of organic wild blueberry syrup from Délices du Lac-saint-jean
  • Juice of half a freshly squeezed lime
  • Egg white
  1. In a shaker, mix all the ingredients with ice.
  2. Filter over a glass filled with new ice.
  3. Garnish with fresh blueberries.

Gin & Grapefruit

  • 1 ½ oz. Gin, Km12
  • A drizzle of simple syrup
  • 3 oz. pink grapefruit juice
  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, mix all the ingredients.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Pour content using filter in a cold Martini glass.
  4. Garnish with a sprig of thyme or rosemary.

Autumn delights

This cocktail is a product of Délices du lac
  • 1 oz Gin, Km12
  • 3 oz apple juice
  • 1/2 oz of blueberry/rose jelly - Délices du Lac-Saint-Jean
  • 1/2 oz Forest tonic syrup - KWE Cocktails
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • Sparkling water
  1. In a shaker, mix all the ingredients with ice except the sparkling water.
  2. Pour into an Old-Fashioned glass and add the sparkling water.

Limonata

This cocktail is a product of Tanium
  • 2 oz Gin, Km12
  • 2 oz lemon juice, ideally freshly squeezed
  • 1 oz of maple syrup
  • sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  1. In a shaker with ice cubes in it, add all the ingredients except the sparkling water.
  2. Shake vigorously for 10 ti 15 secondes.
  3. Pour the liquid only into a glass containing new ice cubes and add the sparkling water.

Boreal Breeze

  • 1 ½ oz. Gin, Km12
  • ¼ absinthe, La Clandestine
  • 1 oz. lime juice
  • 1 oz. wild mint mojito juice, KWE
  • A drizzle of Yuzu bitters
  • Ginger soda, 1642
  1. In a cocktail shaker, mix all the ingredients except for the ginger soda.
  2. Add ice cubes and shake well for a few seconds.
  3. Prepare a sugar and sieved cedar powder rim on an Old Fashioned glass.
  4. Pour content using filter into the Old Fashioned glass.
  5. Add the ginger soda.
  6. Garnish with an orange zest and a few mint leaves.

Cucumber Chartreuse & Local Gin

This cocktail is a product of 1 ou 2 cocktails.
  • 1 ½ oz. Gin, Km12
  • ½ oz. herb liquor, Chartreuse
  • 1 oz. lime juice
  • ¼ oz. barley water
  • Soda
  1. In a cocktail shaker, mix all the ingredients except for the soda.
  2. Add ice cubes and shake well.
  3. Pour content using filter (twice) in a highball glass filled with ice.
  4. Add soda.
  5. Garnish with two cucumber slices and a mint sprig.

  • 2 oz. Gin, Km12
  • ½ oz. green Chartreuse
  • ½ oz. Vermouth, Vert Desochers
  • A full lime juice
  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, mix all the ingredients.
  2. Shake well for a few seconds.
  3. Pour content using filter into a highball glass filled with ice.
  4. Garnish with a lime zest and a burnt rosemary sprig.

The Tony Cocktail

  • 1 ½ oz. Gin, Km12
  • ½ oz. lemon juice
  • ½ oz. cucumber syrup
  • ½ oz. pink grapefruit juice
  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, mix all the ingredients.
  2. Shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.
  3. Pour content using filter in a goblet.
  4. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.

Nordic Sun

Exclusive cocktail from La Cuisine
  • 1 oz. Gin, Km12
  • ¾ oz. Sea Buckthorn
  • A drizzle of Balsam fir jelly
  • Tonic water
  1. In a highball glass filled with ice, mix the gin, sea buckthorn and balsam fir jelly.
  2. Stir with a bar spoon.
  3. Add tonic water.
